Money Order or Cashier Check purchases will be refunded with a Hanalei Jewelry company check.
Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal purchases will be refunded to the credit card used at purchase or credited to your PayPal account. We ask that you provide an original receipt with your request for refund.
Non-Refundable
Special Order/Custom Items including message engraved item cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.
Pre-Paid Cards such as Gift Cards are non-refundable, and purchased items cannot be returned or used to purchase other gift cards. Special terms and conditions are included with each card.
